You'll work closely with our property management team and play a crucial role in the success of our property management division. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, building client relationships, and solving problems on the fly—this could be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft leases and management agreements Keep databases (Appfolio + Evernote) clean and up to date Communicate clearly with tenants and property owners Coordinate move-ins/outs inspections. Review applications and process new tenants Handle rent collection and monitor delinquencies Stay compliant with Virginia laws & housing regulations We're a modern real estate company focused on professionalism, community, and connection.
