Job Description

Flynn Group, a St. Louis-based real estate investment, development, and management firm, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. In this role, you will assist with property and lease administration, tenant relations, reporting, and coordination of vendors and maintenance activities. Working closely with senior managers, you'll help analyze financial performance, track budgets, and support acquisition and redevelopment initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex deals, growth opportunities, and collaboration in an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven team environment. Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of commercial and mixed-use properties Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation Coordinate tenant communications and resolve routine service issues Liaise with vendors and maintenance teams for property needs Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and redevelopment projects Maintain property records, reports, and compliance documentation Prepare presentations and materials for internal and investor meetings Required Skills Property management Lease administration Tenant relations Budgeting and expense tracking Financial reporting Real estate analysis Vendor and contract coordination Microsoft Excel and financial modeling basics Real estate/property management software (e.g., Yardi) Project coordination
