Full Job Description The primary focus of the Production Assistant is to deliver support to the printing and lamination team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Completion of High School education or equivalent Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes, and procedures Date- and scheduling-oriented with a focus on process improvement Excellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time daily Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from Sticky Brand Positive, going the extra mile, and thinking up better ways to do things all come naturally to you
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspecting products to ensure they meet our quality standards items Operate machines, set up, and perform daily cleaning Maintain a clean, tidy production environment Cross-collaboration with other teams and departments Maintain a safe workplace by following safety rules Work continuously on identical tasks Loading and unloading of printed and non-printed material onto corresponding machines Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Duties require standing (except breaks and lunch) throughout the working shift Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously and lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Occasional climbing, stooping, bending, and overhead reaching Frequent walking, grasping, gripping, and fine hand manipulation
POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS
Full-time in-person/on-site work position: (40 hours/week)
Location:
66 Bowdoin Street, Burlington, Vermont Shift hours: 8.00-4.00 (including 30-minute break) Overtime is available upon request
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
