A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

$32.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE About Us Guide Property Services is a mid-size property management company growing fast, with 100+ multifamily communities across Washington and Idaho. We're looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio in the Lynnwood to Everett corridor and be a key part of that growth. We offer a business casual work environment with leasing bonuses, medical, dental, and 401(k). Responsibilities Operate the property within financial guidelines and collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on property performance, including leasing and delinquency Perform frequent physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team Advertise and fill vacancies, enforce leases, and maintain and secure the premises Conduct showing tours of vacant and occupied units to prospective tenants Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues Manage the move-in and move-out process for tenants Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems Skills Proven work experience in multifamily property management Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing Experience using property management software, AppFolio preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Organized with excellent time management skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task, manage time efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision 2+ years of property management experience Compensation $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE Leasing and renewal bonuses Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and 401(k)
