$32.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE About Us Guide Property Services is a mid-size property management company growing fast, with 100+ multifamily communities across Washington and Idaho. We're looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio in the Lynnwood to Everett corridor and be a key part of that growth. Responsibilities Operate the property within financial guidelines and collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on property performance, including leasing and delinquency Perform frequent physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team Advertise and fill vacancies, enforce leases, and maintain and secure the premises Conduct showing tours of vacant and occupied units to prospective tenants Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues Manage the move-in and move-out process for tenants Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems Skills Proven work experience in multifamily property management Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing Experience using property management software, AppFolio preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Organized with excellent time management skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task, manage time efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision 2+ years of property management experience Compensation $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, DOE Leasing and renewal bonuses Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and 401(k)
