Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to serve as the onsite Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism in handling confidential information As the onsite Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Independently managing daily property operations
- Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, with a focus on safety and maximizing available rental units
- Conducting regular property walks and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community. MUST be able to maintain the yard.
- Completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
- Providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, and reputation The onsite Property Manager plays a critical role in maintaining our community to a market-ready standard and creating a positive living environment for residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
