This is a brand new, 169-unit apartment building opening at the end of October. As a Community Manager at Koz Properties, you'll be responsible for the office management, community administration and leasing operations. This role calls for strategic oversight of leasing and resident relations. This is a role with significant responsibility. Responsibilities Sole management of office operations, including all community administration and leasing activities. Applying proven sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed occupancy targets. Leading new resident leasing and move-ins. Managing lease renewals and handling move-outs. Maintaining property appearance and conducting regular inspections. Developing resident retention programs and coordinating resident events. Handling resident issues to ensure satisfaction and managing rent collection and delinquency. Ensuring excellent customer service and overseeing maintenance staff. Conducting monthly audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Education/Experience Experience in multifamily management and leasing. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Requirements Ability to work independently, stay organized and communicate professionally. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Lease up experience Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software General physical activity including standing, handling, reaching and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Five years of property management experience preferred.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
