Job Description

Senior Living Executive Director -Lynnwood Grove Are you passionate about serving seniors and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Position Overview:
As the Executive Director, you will leverage your leadership expertise to inspire and engage team members in delivering exceptional care, service, and value to our residents. Success in this role is built upon strong relationships, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and a commitment to creating a thriving community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support community operations to ensure outstanding resident satisfaction and quality of care. Recruit, hire, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate team members. Ensure staffing levels consistently meet state regulatory requirements and company standards. Foster a positive culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Drive operational success by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide leadership and support during emergencies, crises, or other community challenges. Manage community financial performance and ensure operations align with approved budgets and forecasts. Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, team members, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Proven success in senior living management and leadership. Prior executive leadership experience within the senior living industry is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and credibility. Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, residents, families, community organizations, and government agencies. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities while remaining adaptable to changing needs. Why Join Us?
