Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee daily luxury residence operations, property maintenance, and VIP guest reception. You will also support the employer's daily personal affairs and serve as the core household management lead for the private residence. Responsibilities 1. Maintain the residence's interior and exterior to consistently high standards of cleanliness and upkeep, including landscaping and dock facilities. 2. Conduct daily property inspections and follow up on defects, monitoring operational performance and warranty status for all furnishings, appliances, and on-site equipment. 3. Maintain inventory of household supplies, monitor consumption cycles, and coordinate stock replenishment and replacements. 4. Supervise on-site housekeeping and maintenance staff, prepare daily work schedules, and oversee overall service quality. 5. Arrange pick-up and drop-off services for the owner and guests, manage vehicle scheduling, and ensure safe, punctual, and premium hospitality arrangements. 6. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of private events, family gatherings, and residential arrangements from preparation through completion. 7. Support the employer with daily personal affairs coordination, schedule organization, reminders, document filing, and lifestyle administration; follow up on property repairs, vendor communication, and general household administrative tasks. Requirements and Skills 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. Formal house management training or relevant professional certifications are advantageous. 2. Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a House Manager or in an equivalent high-end private household management role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to accurately understand and respect the employer's preferences. 4. Comprehensive practical knowledge of full-scale luxury household management operations. 5. Highly responsible, efficient, discreet, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
