Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will detail-orientated, and responsible for maintaining property rentals, enforcing leases, and ensuring a positive experience for tenants.Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Oversee rent collection and lease enforcement
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
- Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues
- Maintains property by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure a timely resolution
- Coordinate with vendors
- Handle emergencies and disputes
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management (2 years)
- Proficiency in property management software such as Rent Manager
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative procedures.
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to maintain organized files and perform data entry accurately
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years property management experience.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$46,000.00- $50,000.
