Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Media, or related field AND 3+ years relevant experience in community management, creator or influencer marketing, developer ecosystems, technical audience engagement, partnerships, social media, or integrated marketing OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, advocacy or ambassador programs, or a closely related growth or marketing Fluency with community platforms and tooling such as Discord, Reddit, forums, Circle, Bevy, Discourse, or Khoros, alongside listening, analytics, and CRM Demonstrated track record of scaling an online community or advocacy program from recruitment and onboarding through recognition, retention, and measurable business impact. Experience designing or running community programs, events, meetups, hackathons, workshops, ambassador programs, creator cohorts, or other audience engagement initiatives. Experience identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing creators, advocates, or community members as part of a broader marketing or community strategy. Familiarity with developer, startup, AI, open-source, creator, and internet culture, with a strong understanding of how technical audiences discover, trust, and engage with content. Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible, credible, and compelling content opportunities for creators, communities, and broader audiences. Integrated Marketing IC4- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400
- $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600
