We are hiring for both roles and are looking for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus. These roles are temporary-to-hire and short-term assignments, depending on the needs of the property. Responsibilities Show available units and conduct property tours. Handle the leasing process from application through lease signing. Answer tenant questions and provide excellent customer service. Market available units and stay informed on local rental trends. Follow Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Maintain accurate tenant and lease records. Work with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns. Help resolve tenant issues and disputes. Promote additional services and amenities when appropriate. Qualifications Property management or real estate experience preferred. Experience with Yardi or OneSite is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. LIHTC and Section 8 experience is a plus. Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills. Sales and negotiation experience preferred. Good organizational and administrative skills. Background Check & Employment Requirements This position may involve access to occupied residential units. Any required background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Washington Fair Chance Act .
