- Supporting tenant onboarding, assisting with move-in/move-out processes, and maintaining accurate records Maintenance Department
- Coordinating vendor schedules for repairs or SPU requests to ensure tenant issues are resolved promptly Accounting Department
- Providing collections updates and maintaining rent insurance records to support financial reporting Management Team
- Uploading documents, updating Podio tasks, and helping ensure property owners' compliance What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a calm, professional phone and email presence Comfortable handling difficult conversations and de-escalating tenant disputes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working both in an office setting and out in the field visiting properties Prior experience in property management, tenant relations, or customer service preferred Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Compensation $23.
