Are youanized, dependable, and experienced in property management? RHF is seeking an Apartment Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of Marymount Manor, a 40-unit affordable housingmunity.

This position supports property operations, leasing and occupancy, resident relations, maintenance coordination, andpliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing program requirements. The ideal candidate is service-oriented,anized, andmitted to maintaining a safe, supportive, and weingmunity for residents.

This is a required on-site position. The selected candidate must reside on-site at Marymount Manor as a condition of employment. A designated one-bedroom apartment is provided.

What You'll Do

Property Management

Oversee all aspects of daily operations for the property, including leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.

Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring the financial health of the property by controlling expenses and maximizing occupancy.

Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property is well-maintained.

Conduct regular inspections of property,mon areas, and individual units to ensurepliance with cleanliness standards.

Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to property operations.

Leasing and Occupancy

Manage leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications.

Maximize occupancy by actively managing leasing efforts, monitoring vacancy rates, and retaining current residents.

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring that vacant units are prepared promptly for new residents.

Resident Relations & Services

Foster a positivemunity atmosp byanizing and supporting resident activities, events, and services.

Oversee the Activities Department to ensure a vibrant calendar of events that promotes engagement, wellness, and social connection.

Address residents' concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Serve as a liaison between residents, their families, and leadership,municating concerns, suggestions, and feedback.

Work closely with the Social Services team to ensure residents have access to necessary supportive services.

Compliance and ing

Ensurepliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing program requirements, including ie verification, annual recertifications, and occupancy standards.

Prepare the property for audits and inspections, including MOR, REAC, regulatory agencies, and investors.

Maintain accurate, audit-ready resident files and property records.

Stay informed of changes in affordable housing regulations to ensure ongoingpliance.

Assist with regulatory audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, senior living, or multifamily housing.

Experience with HUD, LIHTC, or other affordable housing programs preferred.

Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and property operations.

Stronganizational,munication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Must reside on-site at Marymount Manor as a condition of employment.

Must successfullyplete all pre-employment screening requirements, including reference verification.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk and perform property tours and physical inspections of units andmon areas.

Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally perform physical tasks related to property management.

May occasionally work outdoors and be exposed to varying weather conditions during property inspections and activities.
