This position is ideal for a multifamily professional who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, develop strong onsite teams, build trusted client relationships, and drive both operational and financial performance. What You'll Do As a Regional Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities and be responsible for the overall performance of the properties and the teams that operate them.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams Maintain consistent communication and strong relationships with property owners and clients Monitor occupancy, leasing velocity, renewals, delinquency, bad debt, and resident retention Review property financial performance, including budgets, income, expenses, NOI, and variances Partner with accounting to ensure financial reporting is timely and accurate Identify opportunities to increase revenue and control operating expenses Oversee property budgets, forecasting, and annual planning Ensure timely completion of move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, and property projects Conduct regular property inspections and operational audits Establish clear expectations and hold teams accountable for results Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable landlord-tenant regulations Support new property transitions and onboarding as the Elev8 portfolio continues to grow Identify problems early, communicate them proactively, and develop solutions rather than waiting for issues to escalate What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who thinks beyond simply managing a portfolio. We want a leader who understands the business behind multifamily property management.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Regional Manager, Portfolio Manager, or multi-site multifamily management experience Strong understanding of multifamily operations and financial performance Experience reviewing property financial statements, budgets, variance reports, and NOI Proven ability to lead and develop Community Managers Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Experience with property management software; Yardi experience is preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington landlord-tenant requirements Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties The Leader We're Looking For We're looking for someone who believes in: Ownership.
