Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small apartment community in the Tukwilla area. This is a full-time position that's ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, lease apartments, keep the property operating smoothly, and play an important role in creating a community people are proud to call home. What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include: Leasing apartments and conducting property tours. Marketing and advertising available units. Preparing leases and move-in paperwork. Collecting and posting rent payments. Inspecting vacant apartments before move-in. Monitoring the condition of the property and common areas. Coordinating with maintenance to ensure work orders and unit turns stay on track. Processing invoices and maintaining accurate property records. Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. Who You Are You're someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. You stay organized, communicate professionally, and enjoy finding solutions when challenges arise.
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated. Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Previous experience in property management, leasing, office administration, banking, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
