Property management company is seeking a

PART-TIME

on site Resident Manager Individual that can do Management to manage remodeled apartment complex in Tukwila, less than 60 units.

•You must be able to perform the tasks of a Resident Manager (training provided)

Key Factors:

Compensation is very competitive, including some rent credit for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment, and cash stipend potential. Flexible hours for part time duties FT role would be considered depending on experience. Resident Manager Duties include, but are not limited to: Tenant complaint management Rent Collection (Minimal) Delivering Notices Assisting in maintenance requests management/coordination Showing units and potential leasing On-site inspections, etc. Basic Maintenance duties Walking and inspecting the units All applicants must have: Fantastic communication skills Be able to live on-site Be able to climb stairs Be able to lift 25 lbs Excellent computer skills Training provided Support Staffing available Strong sales, marketing, & customer service experience Strong written/oral communication skills Potential to learn and grow in Real Estate and Property Management industry Apply Today!
