Now hiring an Assistant Manager for a single family home community in Vancouver, WA! Sharpen your skills across two affordable-housing programs at once. What you'll do: Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations Assist with income certifications and recertifications for both Tax Credit and Section 8 Help keep tenant files audit-ready for both programs and support TRACS submissions Manage rent collection and step in for the Property Manager as needed What we're looking for: +2 year in property management Familiarity with Section 42 and HUD recertification, TRACS, and EIV Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and AppFolio) TCS and COS certifications a plus

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay :
