We are seeking to fill a position for an experienced Tax Credit Property Manager for a property management company in Southwest Washington. We are looking for someone who is confident and social while being responsible for completing compliance and tax credit requests. Responsibilities Tax Credit Certification Assist residential management team Answer phones, emails, and generally communicate on behalf of the company LIHTC experience Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references Qualifications Strong customer service skills Proficient in property management and leasing HUD Experience Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with negotiation and conflict management Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi software Understanding of landlord-tenant law and real estate practices Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
