Overview:

Apricity is currently recruiting for full-time and part-time House Managers/Resident Assistants for third shift at our 24-hour Community-Based Residential Facilities. House Managers/Resident Assistants are responsible for maintaining oversight of clients in our designated AODA residential treatment program locations. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for third shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), as well as weekends.

Responsibilities:

Monitor residents during assigned shifts. Intervene in crisis situations and report to the on-call counselor in case of an emergency. Document and report observations and pertinent information concerning client behaviors and interactions in the communication log. Monitor and report residential medications according to established procedures. Communicate pertinent resident information to appropriate clinical staff, families, and referral sources when assigned. Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages. Participate in scheduled staff meetings and in-service activities. Perform all duties according to the facility's policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to pass a caregiver background check. Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts as needed.
