The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is seeking a skilled facilities Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain our branch, program center, and day camp properties. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping facilities safe and welcoming, and have a broad maintenance skill set, we'd love to hear from you. As an assistant property manager, you'll work closely with our property manager to ensure our YMCA facilities remain clean, functional, and ready to support our members, participants, and staff every day. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our community. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule and career growth opportunities. High school education or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical & construction.
