Coordinate and oversee daily resident services, ensuring adherence to residents' rights and dignity while maintaining compliance with long-term care regulations. Manage healthcare documentation such as medication administration records, health regulation policies, and incident reports with accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to support residents' health, safety, and overall well-being. Qualifications Proven experience in nursing home administration, assisted living management, or residential care home operations. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident's rights. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or senior living settings. Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care environments is highly desirable. Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to engage residents' families and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively. Valid driver's license in good standing. UW Green Bay CBRF Registry training, or valid CNA license. Availability for evening, weekend and holiday on call rotations.
