A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Part Time Cranberry Creek & Rosewood Commons We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Property Manager to oversee residential properties with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. Your proactive approach will help foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Include:
As Property Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the communities, including: Managing all aspects of leasing and resident relations. Conducting apartment tours with prospective residents. Reviewing rental applications and verifying applicant information. Accurately entering and maintaining records in property management software. Monitoring resident accounts & collection of delinquent accounts, when applicable. Responding to resident questions and concerns. Coordinating and facilitating maintenance requests. Working closely with and helping oversee the maintenance team. Ensuring the communities are clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, ideally within a property management company setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations. Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks such as contract management and document organization. Ability to handle facilities management tasks related to property maintenance and vendor coordination efficiently. Prior experience working with real estate administrative processes like lease management, contract review, and rental agreements is highly desirable.
