We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Community Manager to oversee four apartment communities inSouthern Wisconsin:
Jefferson Apartments- Jefferson, WI (Section 8 Community) Whitewater Woods
- Whitewater, WI (Section 8 Community) Bayfield Court
- Jefferson, WI (Market Rate Community) Blackhawk Apartments
- Fort Atkinson, WI (Market Rate Community) What You'll Do As Community Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our apartment communities by: Delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Managing daily operations across multiple properties Overseeing leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals Ensuring compliance with HUD and Section 8 regulations at affordable housing communities Coordinating maintenance requests and property inspections Building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners Managing rent collections, reporting, and administrative tasks Leading by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator Highly organized with strong time management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and locations Experienced in property management (preferred but not required) Familiar with affordable housing or HUD programs (a plus) Proficient with computers and property management software Self-motivated and able to work independently Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Who We Are At ACC, our mission is simple: provide exceptional housing by building partnerships for successful living.
