We're seeking a Community Manager to oversee an established affordable housing community in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of an established affordable housing community. Oversee occupancy, leasing, budgeting, and overall property performance. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations. Supervise and support onsite staff while fostering a positive team environment. Partner with maintenance to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained property. Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership while delivering outstanding customer service. What We're Looking For Two or more years of property management experience. Experience managing LIHTC and/or Project-Based Section 8 communities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office. Affordable housing certifications are a plus but not required.
