Oakbrook Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead operations at Meadow Ridge Apartments , a beautiful 95-unit multifamily apartment community in Middleton, Wisconsin . Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members Lead, coach, and support onsite staff to ensure operational excellence Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, owners, contractors, and vendors Manage leasing activities and marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident retention efforts Review leases and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Monitor property performance and assist with budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting Review invoices, coding, and payment approvals Coordinate resident communications and address concerns promptly and professionally Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards Partner with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and unit turns Assist with delinquency management and collections processes Respond to property emergencies as needed Demonstrate and uphold Oakbrook's values in all interactions Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous residential property management experience Supervisory or team leadership experience Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform regular property inspections with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multifamily apartment communities Affordable Housing/LIHTC (Section 42) experience Budgeting and financial reporting experience Property management software experience Why Join Oakbrook Corporation?
