Property Manager 812 Redwood Street, Onalaska, WI 54650 From $25 an hour - Part-time From $25 an hour - Part-time Meridian Group Inc., a property management company specializing in affordable housing, has a part-time (28 HOURS/WEEK) Property Manager opening at Redwood Terrace Apartments in Onalaska. Redwood Terrace offers 44 units of subsidized housing for families, seniors and people with a disability. The Property Manager will manage the day to day operations of the properties including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the properties. The successful candidate's experience must include strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our part time benefits and competitive salary.
