About Silverlands Silver Lands manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing. We take pride in maintaining quality housing and building lasting relationships with our residents. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated, people-first Community Manager to join our team. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for residents across assigned properties Handle leasing activities: showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements Coordinate maintenance requests by communicating with residents and vendors, scheduling repairs, and following up to ensure completion Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document property condition Collect rent, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies in a professional manner Enforce community rules and lease terms consistently and respectfully Maintain accurate records in our property management software Support eviction proceedings when necessary, following all applicable laws Perform routine property walks to identify maintenance needs and ensure community standards are met Who You Are A strong communicator who treats residents and team members with respect Organized and detail-oriented, you follow through and keep things moving Comfortable handling conflict calmly and professionally Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working across different property types, including manufactured home communities Requirements Experience in RV property management A strong understanding of marketing to drive tenant interest. Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, property management software) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Section 8. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Must be able to pass a background check Preferred (Not Required) 3+ years of property management or leasing experience preferred.
