Hourly Pay + Leasing Bonus Opportunities + Mileage Reimbursement Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Part-Time Area Leasing Manager to support leasing efforts across multiple salon suite locations. This role is responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, converting prospects into residents, supporting resident retention initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with current salon professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, comfortable working independently, and willing to travel between locations. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leasing leads through phone, email, text, social media, and networking efforts Conduct in-person and virtual tours of available salon suites Build relationships with beauty, wellness, and lifestyle professionals to promote leasing opportunities Maintain and update prospect and leasing activity in CRM and leasing systems Coordinate move-ins and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new salon professionals Assist with local marketing initiatives, networking events, and community outreach Monitor market trends and competitor activity Develop and support resident retention initiatives designed to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and lease renewals Coordinate community-building activities, networking events, educational opportunities, and resident appreciation programs Act as a resource and advocate for salon professionals by identifying concerns and connecting them with appropriate support Foster a positive and professional salon culture that enhances the resident experience and strengthens community engagement Qualifications Previous sales, leasing, customer service, or salon industry experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and basic office software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for tours and events. Requirements Reliable transportation is required. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations. Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Basic knowledge of operations, application support and facilities troubleshooting Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation.
