We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Compensation:

$13 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
