Associate Residential Manager Northwood Health Systems is seeking an Associate Residential Manager to lead a team, oversee quality residential services, and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their full potential. Qualifications:
2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities, preferred Supervisory or leadership experience, preferred Minimum of 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must pass a background check Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities Proficient with computers and electronic documentation Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Work a full-time, Monday-Friday day shift schedule with on-call responsibilities. Ensure the health, safety, well-being, and person-centered support of individuals receiving services. Supervise, mentor, and support residential supervisors and direct support staff, including staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure individual support plans are implemented and quality services are delivered to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and other human service agencies. Ensure compliance with Northwood Health Systems policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, licensing standards, and documentation requirements. Travel between assigned residential homes and transport individuals as needed. Respond to emergencies and provide leadership to support residential teams as needed.
