Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health field with at least three years of related experience. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Current licensed social worker preferred. Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Direct Care Staff and Supportive Counseling Staff Essential Duties Include:

Identifying, resolving and documenting personnel and service delivery issues as they occur, consulting with and informing other administrative departments and individuals as necessary. Ensuring proper implementation and compliance with all organization policies and procedures, licensure, regulations, managed care regulations, accreditation standards and federal, state and local laws. Providing risk management oversight regarding all grievances, critical incidents, resident injuries and IIU reports. Serving as primary contact regarding the residential treatment program. Providing supportive individual and group counseling to youth as necessary. Ensuring proper implementation of Emergency Management Plans, including conducting regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills in accordance with required intervals. Preparing monthly staffing schedule for residential, ensuring appropriate staffing ratios are met. Being on-call to facilitate successful implementation of the residential treatment program. Maintaining a flexible work schedule in order to observe program implementation and staff/resident interactions. Develop and maintain knowledge of current best practices as related to at-risk youth. All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

Establishing a climate of leadership, confidence, trust and knowledge. Approving supervisees hours worked and Paid Time Off requests. Planning, assigning and directing work, including supervising tasks and duties of supervisees. Participating in the recruitment of program staff through the team interview process. Provide new employee orientation and ongoing staff training and mentoring to program employees. Conduct regular, scheduled group meeting with supervisees. Conduct regular, timely, and objective performance evaluations.
