Landscape Account Manager Boreal Property Management | Jackson Hole, WY $75,000-$100,000 + Variable Compensation Build Your Career in Jackson Hole Are you an experienced landscape professional and/or account manager who enjoys working with clients and leading teams? Boreal Property Management is looking for a motivated Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team in Jackson Hole. This is more than a customer service position. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-end properties, build lasting relationships with clients, oversee service quality and profitability, and support the teams responsible for maintaining exceptional properties. The ideal candidate may come from landscape management, horticulture, property management, irrigation, etc. and is ready to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, familiar with Landscape, confident working with customers, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts with excellent communication skills and follow-through. Monitor service performance and ensure customer expectations are consistently met. Identify opportunities to expand services and support the Sales team with new business opportunities. Make horticulturally appropriate recommendations for landscape improvements and enhancements. Operations & Account Profitability Manage the scope of services for assigned properties. Monitor labor, materials, job costs, and expenses to maintain profitability. Establish priorities, coordinate schedules, and procure necessary materials. Ensure quality assurance, crew efficiency, enhancement sales, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular property and job-site inspections. Ensure all work meets Boreal's high standards for quality, appearance, and customer service. What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience in landscape management required Account Management experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience leading employees, crews, or service teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple clients, properties, and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Familiarity with CRM platforms and operational software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude Goal-oriented and results-driven Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and employees The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you are currently a Landscape Account Manager, Landscape Operations Manager, Property Manager, Horticulture Manager, Irrigation Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Service Manager and are looking for an opportunity with greater responsibility and career growth.
