Position Summary:
The Crisis Manager provides clinical and operational supervision over the Crisis teams who are responsible for completing crisis assessments for patients in hospital and community settings. The Crisis Manager helps develop staff to provide excellent customer service, interventions, documentation skills, and problem solving ability.
Shift Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8 hour/Days;
Occasional Saturdays Loc:
Sacaton AZ Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field of study preferred, plus 3 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field or a closely related field of study. Current independent license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LISAC required. A minimum of 3 years of crisis experience. A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Current and continuing BLS training and certifications preferred. State of Arizona driver's license with no significant violations during the last 5 years. Current State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance card required. Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services. Current and continuing CPR/AED training and certifications within 1 year in position. Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.

$74,944.00 - $104,944.00 per year
