This vital role involves managing daily operations, developing supportive programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals transitioning from homelessness or unstable living situations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social services, possess strong leadership skills, and have a commitment to empowering underserved communities. Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and management of transitional housing programs tailored to meet client needs and organizational goals Supervise and support social service program staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, compliance monitoring, documentation, and reporting using Microsoft Office tools Ensure all program activities align with federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and housing standards Coordinate behavioral health services and ensure clients receive appropriate support for mental health and wellness needs Requirements Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general within social service settings Demonstrated relationship management skills with clients, community partners, staff, and stakeholders Strong administrative experience including budgeting, record-keeping, compliance tracking, and report writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes Supervisory experience managing teams of social service professionals or program staff in a social services environment Knowledge of behavioral health practices and experience working with individuals from underserved communities Bilingual skills highly preferred to serve diverse populations effectively Leadership experience in social services administration or program management required Ability to develop innovative programs that meet client needs while ensuring regulatory compliance Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and report preparation Join us in this rewarding role where your leadership will directly impact lives by providing stable housing solutions combined with comprehensive support services.
