Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Housing, Programs & Services to lead our comprehensive social service initiatives focused on housing stability, community engagement, and client well-being. In this pivotal role, you will oversee program development, staff supervision, and relationship management with community partners and stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality services to underserved populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of housing programs and social services tailored to diverse client needs. Supervise and mentor program staff, including social service professionals and behavioral health specialists, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, clients, and families to promote program success and community trust. Oversee program budgets, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines while maximizing resource efficiency. Manage administrative functions such as reporting, documentation, compliance adherence, and data tracking using Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate technical projects and oversee program development initiatives to enhance service delivery models. Ensure all programs meet regulatory standards and best practices in social services and disability support. Facilitate staff training on topics including behavioral health, disability accommodations, cultural competency (including bilingual services), and client communication strategies. Experience Proven leadership experience in social services administration or related fields with a focus on housing or community programs. Extensive supervisory experience managing teams of social service staff, including direct supervision of behavioral health or social work professionals. Demonstrated success in developing and managing social service programs for underserved communities or individuals with disabilities. Strong relationship management skills with community partners, government entities, clients, and their families. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions is highly preferred. Proficiency in budgeting, compliance monitoring, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse populations. Technical project management experience overseeing program development initiatives from conception through execution. Knowledge of social work principles, client communication best practices, and behavioral health support strategies. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
