This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement effective programs. Duties Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment, including providing for in-service education Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program effectiveness. Ensure efficient allocation of resources. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes. Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in program management. Requirements A qualified professional in the field of nursing, social work, or psychology Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership. Exceptional relationship management abilities, fostering collaboration among diverse groups. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Pay:
