Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with a local non profit to find their next Men's Discipleship Program Manager in Redding, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about helping individuals through recovery, personal growth, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will have experience in social services, recovery programs, counseling, or program administration and be comfortable leading staff, volunteers, and program participants.
Men's Discipleship Program Manager Compensation & Schedule:
$23-$26 per hour, depending on experience Full-time opportunity Located in
Redding, CA Men's Discipleship Program Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human/Social Resources, or a related field and/or 5 years of relevant administrative experience Drug and alcohol counseling or clinical supervision experience is highly valued CAARR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification Experience working with recovery, addiction, homelessness, or social service programs preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Experience supervising and training staff and volunteers Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable with case management software and Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Clean DMV record and ability to meet company auto insurance requirements Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
Men's Discipleship Program Manager Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the Men's Discipleship Program Conduct intake interviews and assess prospective program participants Review case documentation and monitor participant progress Meet individually with participants for counseling and support as needed Develop and lead recovery, discipleship, and sober living groups and classes Recruit, train, and oversee staff and volunteers Build relationships with community agencies and outside resources Monitor program drug-testing procedures, confidentiality practices, and medication procedures Manage program facilities and help maintain a positive, structured environment Track program statistics and assist with budgeting and expense management Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education related to recovery and addiction Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
