Job Description

Maxima Therapy is looking for a full-time, remote Regional Program Director. Program Directors oversee regional operations and direct the coordination of therapy services for children. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, demonstrate robust problem-solving capabilities, thrive in a dynamic setting, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with service coordinators, regional centers, families, and healthcare providers.
Duties:
Lead regional program initiatives and coordinate onboarding activities, including processing referral paperwork and matching clients to appropriate providers Oversee and maintain the status of all intake activities by recording, confirming, and uploading required documentation Manage daily regional workload to ensure new clients progress efficiently through the intake process, including timely follow-up on all assigned accounts Assist with high-level administrative projects and strategic initiatives that support continuous improvement across regional operations
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred Previous experience within the California Regional Center system (e.g., as a Service Coordinator), particularly with San Diego Regional Center or Regional Center of Orange County, is strongly preferred Bilingual/multilingual in Spanish is preferred Superb oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently within established procedures off-site Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills Critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting Exceptional customer service orientation with a proactive, driven work ethic Strong computer proficiency with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to track, monitor, review, and manage complex regional data collected throughout the intake process For more information about Maxima Therapy and our services, please visit our website at: www.maximatherapy.com.
