About the Role The Director of Managed Care Contracting provides strategic leadership for the hospital's payor contracting and Revenue Integrity functions, driving initiatives that optimize reimbursement, strengthen financial performance, and support long-term organizational objectives. Working closely with the CFO, this leader oversees the full lifecycle of managed care agreements — from development and negotiation through execution and ongoing management — while ensuring contracts align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
