The Site Director oversees curriculum implementation, staff supervision, enrollment, and family communication while ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety regulations. This role partners with school leadership to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports each child's development. The Site Director also manages budgets, coordinates schedules, supports teacher development, and promotes a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and staff.
