CCBHC Team Manager Description:
United Services is seeking a Team manager for our CCBHC Program. We are seeking a qualified candidate with the relevant experience to oversee and manage BHH and CCBHC direct care staff by providing leadership for assigned services, ensure day to day operation of services to meet individual's needs based upon best practices in compliance with all licensure and funder regulatory guidelines.Location:

As a CCBHC Team Manager you will have the opportunity to shape program success, mentor staff, strengthen community partnerships, and improve access to coordinated healthcare services for the individuals we serve. What You Will Do (Day-To-Day): Oversee daily program operations, including service delivery, health screenings, quality monitoring, and compliance with agency and payer requirements. Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop Behavioral Health Home staff in collaboration with the Division Director. Conduct and monitor initial health assessments and participate in treatment planning for Behavioral Health Home enrollees. Monitor health information systems, including treatment, medication, and hospital admission/discharge alerts. Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and follow-up services. Ensure timely, accurate documentation, data collection, reporting, and program compliance. Maintain positive relationships with individuals served, referral sources, providers, and community partners. Oversee the quality and timeliness of 24-hour responses and case follow-up activities. Assist the Division Director with statistical, narrative, grant, and program reporting requirements.Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m- 5:00 p.
Salary Range:
$58,000- 60,000 (depending on experience)]
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree preferred in relevant human services field including public health or Bachelor's degree in relevant human services including public health with extensive related experience will be considered. Two to three years of appropriate supervisory experience required. Three to five years of human services or community healthcare experience required. Experience must be relevant to specific program needs and requirements. Required Certification/License (Will be required based on specific program needs):- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Maintain a valid driver's license

Work Location:
