No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with police chiefs, procurement officers, military logistics liaisons, and municipal purchasing departments. Monitor, bid on, and secure government contracts, RFPs, and computer procurement tenders. Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and field wear-tests for tactical teams and law enforcement agencies. Attend defense, tactical, and public safety industry trade shows across the U.S.. Serve as a trusted advisor to public safety entities, ensuring equipment meets regulatory standards and field requirements.

Qualifications Background:

Military, law enforcement, or defense contracting background strongly preferred.

Language:

Professional fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Experience:

2+ years of experience in government procurement, public safety equipment sales, or tactical sales.

Travel:

Ability to travel for client site visits, industry conventions, and a 1-week initial onboarding/training trip to Colombia.

Key Traits:

High integrity, deep understanding of government purchasing cycles, and strong technical product comprehension.
