Torch Technologies is seeking a Government Property Administrator that performs government property administration and accounting duties that involve experience and knowledge in government property administration practices at Eglin AFB, FL. The Contractor will be responsible for activities associated with the control of government property assigned to contracts and shall conduct inventories, maintain records, and coordinate the preparation of government reports. The Contractor shall track, monitor, current status and usage of government property, including interfacing with other departments and subcontractors on the usage and repair of equipment. The Contractor shall develop systems and procedures for control and monitoring and may review statements, records and reports compiled by lower-level personnel. The Contractor shall coordinate activities related to the disposition of government property. As a Government Property Administrator your duties include, but are not limited to: Develops procedures for receipt and issue of materials and equipment. Prepares a variety of government required reports and represents company during audits. May review statements, records and reports compiled by lower-level personnel. Coordinates activities related to the disposition of government property.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 3 years in government property administration or related experience. Must be familiar with DoW Acquisition processes. Must have an active Secret DoW security clearance. Must be eligible for a Top Secret DoW security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:
