Homestead, FL 33033 (Reliable commute or willingness to relocate required) About the Role The MAC Program Manager is a key member of the senior management team, responsible for the implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of all organizational programs in alignment with the mission. This role participates in strategic planning, budgeting, and problem-solving while overseeing program delivery, staff development, and community engagement. The Program Manager works within the guidelines, policies, and mission of the organization and leads special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Nonprofit Management, Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of experience in nonprofit management or working with the farmworker community and/or with parents and families.

Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects Passion for working with at-risk families and youth Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Program Delivery Oversee the implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of all program areas: College & Career Prep, Family Empowerment, Homestead-Miami Mariachi Conservatory (HMMC), and College Club. Assess community and participant needs to ensure program objectives are met. Analyze program trends, identify issues, and develop solutions in consultation with the Executive Director. Set goals for programs aligned with contractual obligations and strategic objectives. Plan programs from start to completion, managing deadlines, milestones, and processes. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, community groups, companies, and schools to secure resources and access to services. Compile, maintain, and report program data to senior management and funders on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases. Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment strategies to expand program participation. Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across procedures and staff. Assist the Executive Director and Director of Finance in developing the annual program budget and operating plan, ensuring programs operate within approved budgets. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Finance to develop grant funding proposals that ensure continuous service delivery. Ensure timely submission of all grant reports in accordance with contractual timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Serve as a liaison between partners, staff, students, families, and executive leadership. Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute major events, including the Farmworker Student Recognition Ceremony, Noche de Paz, HMMC performances, fundraising events, and others as assigned. Represent the organization at events, both in and out of Miami-Dade County, as needed. Human Resource Management Direct, plan, and coordinate the work of program staff, including supervision, training, coaching, and team building. Organize and facilitate weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly programmatic staff meetings to maintain effective communication and program fidelity. In consultation with the Executive Director, ensure adequate and qualified staff are hired to carry out program activities. Train and coach program employees to support professional growth and program excellence.
