Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Assistant Program Director at Les Peters Youth Academy in St Petersburg, Florida ✨ Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program. A youth's length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

$65,000

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 (https://riteofpassage.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/ROP-benefits-perks-2024-v2.pdf) What you will do: As an Assistant Program Director you are responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws.
To be considered you should:
BA/BS in related field (Master's Degree preferred) or ability to meet state specific educational requirements. Four years of related experience in residential facility management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees. Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
