Brief Job Description We are seeking a responsible City Manager to oversee the workflow of the team and all functional operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Manager who understands the balance required to provide stability and sustainability in the ATL market. This Leader, in addition to directly supervising a support leadership team, will also be responsible for ensuring all team members are provided a safe work environment, are properly trained, are guided, coached and counseled to be the best version of themselves while at work. The qualified candidate will ensure all team members follow the TSA standard and directives, airport and airline specification and processes, and adhere to all Company policies and procedures. The goal is to ensure the operation functions in a welcoming environment while maintaining productivity, profitability and sustainable growth. Principal Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment.
• Maintain established processes that support TSA safety standards, airport and airline security processes and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all Company standard operating procedures, policies and federal, state and local statutes, regulations and ordinances.
• Create employee schedules to meet labor standards.
• Manage dedicated labor resources to maximize productivity.
• Guide employees and supervisors through the established objectives, policies, rules, practices, methods, and standards.
• Conduct work group meetings, performance feedback and training.
• Motivate and collaborate with the operations team to achieve financial, employee and customer goals.
• Support and ensure adherence with all safety initiatives.
• Maintain high profile customer contact.
• Perform administrative function, including data entry, onboarding, payroll, and analysis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Background, Education, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent managerial work experience
• 5+ years of management/operations experience in security, food safety and/or airline catering a plus
• Security, food safety requirements and or airline catering experience a plus
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written through all levels of an internal or external organization.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate multi-cultural work force toward sustained quality and productivity improvement strategy.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to:
• Exercise independent judgment.
• Pass fingerprinting and SIDA badge screening (includes a 10 year criminal history check), and clear FBI Name list comparisons
• Read, write and speak English Physical abilities to:
• Work in chilled/hot environment
• Bend at waste and knees repetitively
• Work in a 24 hour/ 7 day fast paced -high volume
• Sufficient hand dexterity to fasten and secure environment seals
• Lift, push and pull at least 25 lbs.
• Stand or sit for long periods.
