Job Description
We are searching for a Director of Education to lead the curriculum and be the champion of our program. This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You'll have the opportunity to combine your ECE experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Academy. As a Director of Education, you will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including human resource development, staff scheduling, program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, community marketing, enrollments and academy operations. What we ask you to have: Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs in an Assistant Director, Center Director, or similar management role. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field required, Master's preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven record of maintaining effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.
