2989952357-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sevita seeks an Indy Waiver Program Director to lead Medicaid waiver program operations in Indiana. This role oversees service delivery, compliance, and quality for home and community-based supports, ensuring person-centered care for individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs. The director will manage budgets, contracts, and performance metrics, supervise and mentor interdisciplinary teams, and collaborate with state partners, providers, and families. The position drives program growth, implements best practices, supports audits and accreditation, and champions Sevita's values of empathy, inclusion, and innovation in improving lives. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Indy Waiver program in Indiana Ensure compliance with Medicaid, waiver, and state regulations Oversee person-centered service planning and quality of care Manage program budgets, contracts, and financial performance Supervise, coach, and develop interdisciplinary staff teams Monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement plans Coordinate with state agencies, providers, and community partners Support audits, accreditation, and corrective action plans Drive program growth and service innovation aligned with needs Promote Sevita's culture of empathy, inclusion, and collaboration Required Skills Medicaid waiver program management Regulatory compliance (HCBS, Medicaid, state rules) Budgeting and financial management Staff leadership and supervision Quality improvement and performance metrics Case management and person-centered planning Data analysis and reporting Contract and vendor management Stakeholder and community partnership building Audit, accreditation, and risk management
