Description:
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is hiring a Housing Manager working full-time (35-hours per week) based in Crawford County, IN. The LHDC Properties that this position will manage are: Crawford County Housing for the Elderly, Marengo Housing for the Elderly, and Milltown Housing for the Elderly. This position will complete the following duties as needed, including but not limited to administrative activities, data entry, accessing housing software programs, and reviewing Housing files and documents. Must be able to work well with the public and be very organized and efficient with paperwork, regulations, and scheduling.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent is required. Experience working in housing management and/or the housing field is preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation and vehicle insurance with the ability to travel both locally and out-of-area as necessary, including travel to other LHDC Housing locations as needed. Must be able to pass the necessary background checks required for the position. LHDC staff work a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
