We're looking for a Regional Branch Director to provide strategic and operational leadership at our Rensselaer and Monticello locations serving Jasper, Newton, and White Counties. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who understands how people, operations, finances, quality, access, and community needs all work together to create strong services and stronger teams. What You'll Do Provide leadership and operational oversight across assigned branches, using performance data to identify needs, solve problems, and drive improvement. Oversee financial and staffing performance, including budgets, productivity, service volume, staffing levels, vacancies, and resource needs. Improve patient access and service coordination across behavioral health, psychiatry, primary care, case management, and other programs. Coach and develop branch leaders, establish clear expectations, address performance concerns, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration. Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across branches while partnering with other departments to improve operations and patient outcomes. Build strong community partnerships and identify opportunities to expand access, strengthen services, and respond to changing community needs. What You'll Bring Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, organizational leadership, or a related field preferred, with relevant healthcare, behavioral health, or human services leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field may be considered with at least five years of relevant leadership, management, or operational experience. Master's degree in clinical or behavioral health may also be considered with demonstrated operational, financial, staff leadership, and program performance experience. Experience with budgets, staffing, performance management, and operational improvement; experience leading multiple programs, locations, or teams preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and decision-making skills. Valid Indiana driver's license, good driving record, and insurance; regular travel throughout the assigned region is required. Why Valley Oaks Health?
